Your professional profile may appear in FreshTalent even if you have never used our service. You do not need an account to make a privacy request.
These links open an email to our support team. Send the email to submit your request. Opening a link does not submit a request or automatically remove data.

Request an opt-out under applicable privacy law. This concerns your profile data, not browser cookies. No identity verification is required for this opt-out, though we may need enough information to find the record.
What to include
Include your public profile URL or another relevant identifier and tell us what you need. For an account request, identify the account or workspace. Do not send passwords, API keys, or identity documents with your initial request. Some requests may require proportionate verification before we disclose or change information.
Other privacy requests
To object to or restrict processing, use an authorized agent, or ask us to review a response, email support@freshtalent.ai in your own words. No special form or subject is required. You may also complain to your privacy regulator. Where GDPR applies, you can object to legitimate-interest processing, including profiling, on grounds relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time.
How requests work
Requests go to our support inbox for review. Sending a request is not confirmation that removal has been completed. Our response will explain the action taken and any scope limits or lawful retention exceptions. Suppression concerns availability through FreshTalent; deletion concerns personal data we hold.
Account cancellation and cookie settings do not remove a profile from the shared graph. A request to us does not change the original source website or automatically erase copies customers already exported. This does not limit our duties to notify recipients where applicable law requires it.
